OUR GOAL:

Continue to provide a fun, safe, exciting, and competitive football experience for the community of Albuquerque.

Fall LEAGUE 5 vs 5 Flag:

· 8 games

· Ring for 1st place and Medal for 2nd place

Early Bird - $110 ends 1/31

Regular - $130

Late Fee - $150 starts 2/10

LEAGUE FORMAT:

· Ages 5-14: 5 vs 5

· Divisions by Age: 5/6 (6U), 7/8 (8U), 9/10 (10U), 11/12 (12U), 13/14 (14u)

· All Divisions: 60 Min’s Scheduled – 40 Min Game (Two 20 Min Halves)

GAME DAYS AND TIMES:

· Games will be on Saturdays between 8 am – 4 pm.

· Practices are at the coach's discretion, typically 2-3 times per week.

· Note: Game times are subject to change based on the size of the league.

ROSTERS:

· 5vs5 flag football roster sizes will be 6 to 10 players.

· Please submit friend requests during registration to help us get you on the correct team.

COACHES:

· Coaches are all volunteers.

· Interested in being a Coach? Please use the Volunteer Opportunities tab for additional information.

· Practices are at the coach's discretion, typically 2-3 times per week.

· Coaches meeting: about 1 week before the season start to go over rules and guidelines.

· Coaches do receive a discount for their child’s registration.

SCHEDULES AND ROSTERS TIMELINE:

· Roster will be released to coaches 2 weeks before the season starts.

· Playing schedules will be out 1 week before the season starts.

Gridiron Football will provide the following so your child can be a superstar on the field:

1. Gridiron Branded Jersey and Shorts

2. Flag Belt

(Soccer Cleats work great and come in fun colors)

Shell Helmet (Required)
